Bamboo Alliance Nepal

Inspired by the Tea growers alliance, different bamboo furniture makers, growers, designers, researchers and bamboo enthusiasts have decided to form a Bamboo Alliance of Nepal.
The first meeting was held in Greenchwich Hotel Nepal, in which it was decided that there will be Six Core Groups representing different sectors and each group will be represented by one or two elected individual from the alliance. The responsibilities of the representatives are to gather all the people working in their line of product/ group of work and select a representative to sign the MoU.
It was also decided that Abari will represent the Research and Development sector.
